Do you offer physical or digital prints?
At the moment, our posters are available exclusively as digital downloads. However, we’re currently working on adding physical print options in the near future.
How will I know my order went through?
Once your purchase is complete, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address you provided at checkout. If you don’t see it, please get in touch so we can help.
What if I entered incorrect details during checkout?
If you accidentally added the wrong email or shipping information, contact us right away. When possible, we will correct or redirect the order at no extra cost.
Which payment methods do you accept?
You can pay securely using VISA, Mastercard, American Express, Google Pay, or PayPal.

How do I access my digital file?
After purchasing a digital download, you will receive an email containing a download link and instructions to access your print.
What exactly will I receive?
Your order includes a high-resolution 300 DPI file in PDF format. Simply download and save your artwork to your device.
What print sizes are included?
By default, each artwork uses a 2:3 aspect ratio, which refers to how the width and height relate to one another. This ensures compatibility with a variety of widely used print sizes. You can print your wall art in these dimensions:

Please note:
- No physical product will be shipped.
- Frames are not included.
- Colors may vary slightly depending on screen and printer settings.
Where can I print my artwork?
You’re free to print your file at home, at a local print shop, or through an online printing service.
Are there restrictions on printing materials?
No - your design can be printed on paper, canvas, wood, metal, and more.
For paper prints, we recommend 200gsm matte or semi-gloss cardstock.
If printing at home, make sure:
- Color correction is turned off, and
- The printer is set to print at “original size.”
What if I didn’t get the confirmation email or download link?
Please verify that the email address you provided is correct and check your spam/junk folder. If you still can’t find it, contact us, and we’ll assist immediately.
I'm having trouble downloading or printing. What should I do?
If you encounter any issues accessing or printing your file, reach out to us, and we’ll be happy to help.
Can I print my artwork multiple times?
Yes! You may print your file as many times as you’d like, provided it’s for personal use only.
Are the artworks copyrighted?
Yes, all designs are protected by copyright and may not be used for commercial purposes.
Can I cancel my order?
If your digital file is defective, we will provide a replacement or refund.
Due to the nature of digital products, we cannot offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases. If you’re unhappy with your order for any reason, please contact us and we’ll work with you to find a solution. For more details, see our Refund & Returns Policy.
