Orders
- How will I know my order went through?
Once your purchase is complete, a confirmation email containing your order details (and download links for digital products) will be sent to the email address you provided at checkout.
- What if I entered incorrect details during checkout?
Be sure to get in touch with us immediately! We can update your email address right away. For physical poster orders, we can update your shipping address as long as the item has not yet entered production. Once an order is in production or shipped, the address cannot be changed.
- What if I didn’t get the confirmation email or download link?
Please check your spam/junk folder and double-check that your email address was typed correctly at checkout. If you still can’t find it, reach out via our contact page or email, and we will send it to you manually (info@winkprints.com).
- Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (VISA, Mastercard, American Express), as well as Google Pay, Apple Pay, and PayPal.
Physical Prints & Shipping
- How are physical wall art prints produced?
Our physical prints are made to order in collaboration with professional fine art print labs. Each poster is printed using premium archival inks and high-grade gallery matte paper to ensure rich, vibrant colors that resist fading over time.
- How long does delivery take?
Because items are printed on demand, production typically takes 1–2 business days before shipping. Estimated shipping times:
- United States: 4–8 business days after production
- International: 2–5 business days depending on location and local customs (some countries may take up to 10–30 days)
You will receive a tracking link via email as soon as your order leaves the print facility.
- Do you combine shipping for multiple physical prints?
Depending on the size and quantity of your order, items may ship in separate protective tubes or flat boxes to prevent damage during transit. Tracking numbers will be provided for all packages.
Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations
- What is your return policy?
Because all physical posters are custom printed to order and digital items are instantly accessible, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for change of mind, accidental purchases, or selecting the wrong size.
- What if my poster arrives damaged or misprinted?
We want you to love your art! If your physical item arrives damaged in transit, defective, or with a printing error, we will gladly arrange a free replacement or full refund.
To request a replacement:
- Contact us within 14 days of delivery
- Provide a brief description of the issue
- Attach clear photos showing the damaged/defective product and the shipping packaging
Once verified, we will immediately process a replacement order for you.
Sizing & Customization
- How do I know which poster size to choose?
We recommend measuring your wall space and frame dimensions before placing an order. If you're using an existing frame, match the inner window measurements to the poster dimensions.
- Do you accept custom requests or color changes?
Yes! If you need a custom size or personalized text added to a poster design, reach out to us before placing your order, and we’ll be happy to help.
Digital Downloads (PDF Prints)
- How will I receive my digital files after purchasing?
Once your payment is processed, you will instantly receive an email with a direct link to download your high-resolution PDF file(s). You can also access your files anytime by logging into your account on our website.
- What file formats and sizes are included?
You will receive print-ready, high-resolution 300 DPI PDF files. By default, our designs are formatted in a 2:3 aspect ratio, allowing you to easily print across a wide range of standard frame sizes:

- Where can I print my digital posters?
At home: Print on a desktop inkjet or laser printer using high-quality matte paper or cardstock.
Local print shop: Bring your files on a flash drive to a local copy center or photo lab.
Online print services: Upload the file to an online printing site to have prints delivered directly to your door.
- Are there restrictions on printing materials?
None at all! Your design can be printed on paper, canvas, wood, metal, and more.
- Paper recommendation: We suggest 200 gsm matte or semi-gloss paper/cardstock.
- Home printing tip: Ensure printer color correction is turned off and set your print scaling option to "Original Size" or "100%".
- Can I share or resell digital download files?
No. All digital download files are strictly for personal use only. You may print them as many times as you like for your home or as gifts, but resale, commercial reproduction, or digital file sharing is strictly prohibited.
